Long story short, I contacted BFG and they said I had to contact apple, and then, yes you guessed it, apple told me I had to contact BFG. This was where it all went wrong, and some of my favourite games would not restore the purchase. Then I thought if I could get another 12.9" iPad that was still on iOS 10 I could have them back on that, which I did. I ended up buying another iPad (I was using a 12.9" but got a 9.7" for the games) and the games mainly all got unlocked using the "already purchased" tab. I was a little upset, but that's the way it goes. This started when a lot of games I had stopped working as they weren't updated for iOS 11 and beyond.

I have bought many games over the years from big fish games (mostly through the apple App Store) and I always look at the reviews of the games first and have always been very, very happy with the games, and with this app on I get alerts to when the types of games I really like are available at a special rate (so that's the app covered), but if you ever have to change your iPad, get ready to pay for a lot of the games again (and in the case of the ones bought at a reduced rate, you will have to pay full price).
